Thanks, I totally agree! As an interventionist, I see students during the second week of school and they are clearly not the same students they were last Spring. I will share this with my intervention team!

I agree! It is very important to get those groups up and running as quickly as possible. We used the word lists that you mentioned and last year’s spring data. We drop back at least one level from the spring assessment.
